Event Disclaimer / Important Information

Our Christmas Giveback Event is designed to support families in our community who are truly in need. To ensure that warm meals and resources reach those who need them most, we will have a registration and vetting process in place. We kindly ask everyone to be honest and understanding throughout this process.

Please note the following:

• This registration form is required for families who wish to receive a warm meal.
• Doors will open at 11:00 AM. Food will be served till 12:30 PM
• Participants 18 and under must be accompanied by an adult to be eligible to receive a meal.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
• This event is a safe, family-friendly space—no smoking is allowed anywhere on the premises.
• No alcohol is permitted.
• Anyone acting disorderly, disrespectful, or disruptive will be asked to leave immediately.
